After spilling candle wax on my ‘not so very old’ Stokers 2 seat fabric sofa in February of this year, I contacted ‘vblue’ and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had to fill in an online claim form and attach 3 photos of the ‘damage’ to the furniture. A technician contacted me soon after my claim was submitted and a mutually convenient date and time was arranged for him to come and ‘repair’ my sofa. Very clean professional job undertaken so would definitely recommend vblue !
