Our heater went out last Saturday, which was a cold day. Called a few different places and they were the only ones that called back. Vblue 's technician Ravi came out and after a little testing said the main control board needed to be replaced. He quoted us a total of 3 thousand which seemed on the high side but it was cold and we were somewhat desperate, so we agreed and paid a parts deposit. thanks....
