Its a very good product as I expected, brought it only few months ago and This product is really not disappointed to me. i noticed that there is a puddle of water around the base of the cooler as soon as you start filling water. even water poured extremely slowly the water starts leaking out from the body.size of the fan is small. i am sure that if you purchase this product you need to replace the parts every year. contect the vblue air cooler service company & service provider. they solve your problem.

In cool mode water sprinkles out every time. so you need to switch off cool mode after 5 minutes. it is ideal for one or two persons. it just work as a fan, very ineffective for the purpose. i feel quite high priced for its performance. i would suggest that buy any other cooler exept for Vblue. its not ok only for a small room. this product you need to replace the parts every year. contect the vblue air cooler service company & service provider. they solve your problem.
